Shipping policy

Customer has 7 days from the time that we ship the package to email us at buckingoodproducts@gmail.com and inform us of any dissatisfaction including:  never received order, order was lost, order was damaged, or completely dissatisfied. The customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping label to return any undamaged items to 5038 County Road 140, Westcliffe, CO 81252 within 14 days of complaint in order to receive 100% refund.
